NOTE: This does not include external funds, defined as raising money through grants NOT associated with our partners and any outside-of-school sources. This will be handled by the advisor and, if necessary, any student leader within the three departments. The reasoning behind this is that although we want to expand TPI, our core focus is to serve and promote the computer science community at Lowell High so that we can spur future impact to our overall community.
